Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is located on the upper floor. Attached to it is a master bathroom and large, walk in closet. It is a great place to rest and relax from your adventures whether it is in the snow, on the water, biking or hiking in any of the nearby nature havens. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, a twin bed with a roll under trundle, and a 55″ UHD flat screen ROKU equipped. The full size washer/dryer are also located in this room.
Guest Bedroom
The main level bedroom is just off of the living room/kitchen and adjacent to a bathroom with a tub and shower. The bedroom had a queen size bed and a closet.
Kitchen and Bar Seating
The kitchen, with granite tops and bar seating, is fully loaded with a oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove and a 4 seat counter top bar. It has everything you will need to cook for everyone during your stay. Just off of the kitchen is the living room and access to one of the decks.
Living Room
The living room is the place to hang out! This room is perfect for unwinding, warming up, and sharing your adventures with your group after a day on the slopes, golfing, hiking or having fun at Pineview Reservoir. Leather couch and matching chair, a gas fireplace, and cabin ambiance! ATT TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime are on the house. Other Roku apps are available for your viewing on your own accounts. Light fireplace with a flick of the switch!
Decks and Views
The patio can be accessed straight off the kitchen and looks out on the gorgeous Wasatch Mountains to the east. The yard is shaded by plenty of trees making it a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day. The yard has plenty of room to play games on the lawn as well. There is a gas Weber grill, outdoor seating and lawn chairs, allowing you to enjoy the outdoor atmosphere and fresh, mountain air.
